• Regular, seasonal and preventative maintenance.  This includes quarterly walk-throughs to evaluate and assess the needs of the property.
• Actively seek out competitive pricing.  Prepare and review pricing with owner prior to implementation.
• Coordinate and manage the required work, as well as seamless integration with house staff to complete tasks.
• Ensure that service agreements (i.e. mechanical equipment, generator, pool, etc.) are being satisfied.

Peace of Mind Services

• Complete transparency with the accounting of the work being performed.
• Home visitation to view property while owners are away.  Available in daily or weekly options.
• On call for all emergencies, including security and equipment events.
• Work with agencies in the event of an insurance loss and manage repair work.
